What do I need to bring?
- Swim Nappy - Our Recommendation
- Swimming Costume - we advise coming ready to swim, ideally pack your clothes or dry robe to change into after
- Goggles - we can provide some spares if you haven't got a pair
Who can come along?
Due to our intimate venues we recommend one accompanying adult and one accompanying child. If you have specific requirements let us know and we can do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to stay and watch?
Yes, we strongly advise that you stick around so you can better understand how our atmosphere and approach is different to your regular swim classes!

Is the trial actually free?
